Home Assembly Services Terms of Service

We gain much pleasure in facilitating the finest assembly services and we take the greatest care with all those associated with us. Each assembly Company is an independent contractor whilst also being part of our network. They are expected to operate within strict quality controls designed to protect you the service user. Although they run their own show, they are part of a larger organisation that provides a code of best practice covering all areas of work offered.

Our role where you the Home Assembly Services "end-user" are concerned is principally that of a facilitator. In essence, we match needs to available resources.  Contractually speaking your arrangement is with the assembly company whose services you use. They guarantee to do the job within 4 weeks (at the latest, normally much sooner!), if not they are bound to refund any booking deposit (where applicable). Responsibility and/or liability for all work remains with them. They are strongly advised to have full public liability insurance and in some cases goods in transport insurance. You can rest assured that should there ever be a cause for concern or complaint, we offer a full investigation and arbitration service.
